Ice-T will be performing at the Big E in West Springfield in September.
The Grammy Award winning rapper and actor will be there for a show on September 22nd at 7:30 p.m.
Big E officials made the announcement Tuesday.
Ice-T began his musical journey in high school, and once he left the Army, he got his first break in the 1994 film, Breakin'. After rapping in the film, Ice-T signed with major record label, Sire Records, eventually reaching gold with his first album, Rhyme Pays.
Since then he has released more music through his own record label, Rhyme Syndicate Records and has been starring in the hit show Law and Order: Special Victims Unit since 2000...making him one of the longest-standing characters in the series.
The concert is free with fair admission!
A limited number of premium seats will be available for $29, which include fair admission. Those will go on-sale at 10 a.m. Thursday, July 12 at the Big E box office or thebige.com.
The Big E opens in 66 days - on Friday, September 14.
