Connecticut State Police said a trooper's License Plate Reader signaled that a passing car was wanted in connection to a homicide in New York City on Monday afternoon.
Cabrarasantos is the 12th suspect arrested in the homicide case.

Cabrarasantos isn't sighting extradition, and he is being held at the New Haven Correction Center until he is picked up next Wednesday by New York Police.
Cabrarasantos was charged with murder and other violent felonies by the New York court system. He has been charged with fugitive from justice in CT.
He appeared in court on Monday where he was held on a $1 million bond.
